Built for airport, ski, campus and staff shuttles

Any scheduled, fixed-route shuttle runs on the same timetable, fares and manifests.

Airport shuttle software

Riders book a seat on a specific departure and pay online. Each runโ€™s manifest lists every booking with its stops and seats.

Ski and resort shuttles

Give a schedule start and end dates and switch the route off in the off season, and it leaves your booking form.

Campus and college shuttles

Fixed timetables with busy peaks. Sell seats online or by phone, and every booking lands on the runโ€™s manifest.

Staff and corporate shuttles

Sell seats, or run a closed run your office books by hand. Either way the run has its manifest and its crew.

Casino and hotel routes

Fixed pickup stops, recurring nightly runs and a count of seats left on every departure for peak nights.

What is shuttle booking software?

Shuttle booking software sells individual seats on scheduled, fixed-route departures. Riders pick a route, a run and the number of seats. The system checks the seats left, looks up the fare for their stop pair and takes card payment when the route asks for it, and every booking lands on the runโ€™s manifest straight away.

Shuttle booking software built for Canadian operators

Most shuttle software is built for city transit networks or for charter operators selling whole vehicles. GridOps is built for shuttle operators who also run charters and tours: taxes by province, a fare for every stop pair, recurring runs, per-seat inventory and a manifest for every run.

Shuttle dispatch software that shares one board with your charters

Every departure counts seats sold against its bus and blocks overbooking once a bus is assigned, on the same board and buses as your charters.

Pricing

What does shuttle booking software cost?

One price per bus, with routes, fares, timetables, seat booking and dispatch included. Shuttle and tour bookings paid online carry a 1.9% booking fee, billed monthly. The first 10 founding operators who join by December 31, 2026 pay $20 per bus and 0.9%, both locked for 3 years.

Questions operators ask about shuttle booking software

Can I sell single seats instead of whole vehicles?

Yes. Every departure counts seats sold against its bus, shows how many seats are left and blocks overbooking once a bus is assigned.

Does it work for airport, ski, campus, staff and casino shuttles?

Yes. Any scheduled, fixed-route shuttle works, and so does a closed run your office books by hand.

How is this different from charter booking software?

Charter software books a whole vehicle for one group. A shuttle sells individual seats on runs that repeat, with a fare for every stop pair and a manifest. GridOps does both on one board.

How do recurring departures work?

Set departure times, days of the week and a date range once. Generate creates the runs, and a nightly job keeps every schedule filled 18 months ahead.

How quickly can I start taking bookings?

As soon as your routes, stops, timetable and fares are in. Book a demo and we set up one of your routes with you.

What does GridOps cost for shuttles?

One price per bus per month. Shuttle and tour bookings paid online carry a 1.9% booking fee, billed monthly, or 0.9% for founding operators who join by December 31, 2026. Charters carry no booking fee, and Stripe charges its own card fee. A full 40-seat run at $25 a seat carries $19 in booking fees, or $9 at the founding rate.
