Timetables and departures for shuttle operators
Set the shuttle timetable once. Run every departure.
Departure times, days and dates go in once. GridOps creates every run, crews it from your default bus and driver, and shows you the runs that still need attention.
$40 per bus per month, with a 30-day free trial.
WHAT IT IS
GridOps is bus timetable software for shuttle and bus companies: a timetable, a departures board and a manifest for every run, on the same system as your charters and tours.
It replaces the weekly spreadsheet of runs and the whiteboard of who drives what, and gives your office a live list of every booking on every run, with a boarded count.
Set times, days and dates on a schedule and generate the runs. Each run is crewed from your defaults, the board shows what’s missing, and the manifest shows who has boarded.

Your day, changed
What changes when your timetable runs itself?
Seven moments of a shuttle operator’s week. Step through them to see what changes.
Timetables and departures
Every run planned, crewed and boarded
A shuttle timetable is only as good as the runs behind it. GridOps turns your times into real departures, each with a bus, a driver and a seat count, and keeps them coming.

Pricing
What does shuttle timetable software cost?
One price per bus, with timetables, routes, fares and seat booking included. Shuttle and tour bookings paid online carry a 1.9% booking fee, billed monthly. The first 10 founding operators who join by December 31, 2026 pay $20 per bus and 0.9%, both locked for 3 years.
Questions operators ask about shuttle timetables
How far ahead are departures created?
Generate Departures creates runs for the dates you pick, and a nightly job keeps every active schedule filled 18 months ahead.
What if the default bus or driver isn’t free?
The run is still created. It’s flagged Needs attention on the board until you assign another bus or driver.
Can weekends run on different times?
Yes. Add a second schedule for the same route with its own times and days.
Where do seat counts come from?
From the bus. Assign a bus to a run and its seat count becomes the run’s capacity. GridOps won’t put a bus on a run with fewer seats than are already sold.
How does boarding work?
Open the run’s manifest and tap Board as each booking gets on. The header counts who has boarded against who has booked.
How do I know a run has left?
Your team moves each run from Scheduled to Boarding, En route and Arrived on the board, so everyone can see where it stands.
Can one board show all my routes?
Yes. The departures board shows every run for the day or the week, grouped by day, route or readiness.
Do shuttle runs show up next to my charters?
Yes. Runs sit on the dispatch board and the fleet calendar with your charters and tours, and a bus on a run can’t be sold to a charter at the same time.
What counts as a bus?
Any vehicle that can be booked or dispatched counts as a bus.
Does GridOps take a cut of shuttle bookings?
GridOps charges you a 1.9% booking fee on shuttle and tour bookings paid online, billed monthly, or 0.9% if you’re a founding operator. Charters have no booking fee, and Stripe charges its own card fee.
Ready to see next week’s runs on one board?
Book a demo and we’ll load one of your timetables, so you see your own runs, buses and drivers.
Running charters and tours too? They share the same dispatch board. See everything GridOps does for shuttles.
